The School of Communication Sciences and Disorders at McGill University, with the support of the Centre for Research on Brain, Language and Music, are pleased to invite you to a two-day conference on multilingualism and brain plasticity, to be held on
24-25 October 2013 (Thursday and Friday) at McGill University in Montreal
The conference examines recent advances in our understanding of multilingualism, including simultaneous bilingualism, language learning mechanisms, sign language, transfer effects, brain plasticity and critical periods, focusing on current developments in this field. One goal is to facilitate and inspire the interdisciplinary exchange of ideas among researchers and students.
The Beatty Memorial Lecture on Thursday the 24th at 6.30 pm will be LIVE STREAMED here.
In addition, all the conference talks will be recorded and will be made available on the website after the conference.
